摘要文章通过对现代汽车技术的发展、维修服务业的特点、工作过程、人才培养的现状；岗位对人才要求等的分析，提出高职汽车维修人才的定位应该是以培养“汽车医生”和技术管理者应用能力为中心，注重综合思维分析能力的培养，构筑理论和实践两大教学体系，并纠正高职教育中的几个误区，从而实现高职教育的培养目标，为“汽车后市场”输送应用型高级技术人才。
