同时我们收集人类药物流产的早期胚胎，观察发现胚胎畸形占17 . 86 % ，早期致死占32 . 54 % ;采用组织切片技术将胚胎制成一系列石蜡连续切片，染色后显微观察畸形和正常的早期胚胎内部心脏等器官的发育情况，发现胚胎外部畸形与体内畸形存在一定关联，对此我们将做进一步的研究。
