本文采用粉末套管法( powderintube )原位( in - situ )制备了非掺杂和纳米sic掺杂的mgb2 / fe超导线带材,分别采用常规真空烧结和放电等离子烧结( sps )两种方式合成mgb2超导相,优化了烧结工艺参数。
