摘要提出了基于差分插补理论的加工上下异型面工件的新方法，把工件的下表面（参考平面， prp ）和工件的上表面（第二平面， psp ）上的插补运动位移换算为uv及xy两平面上的位移叠加，具有简化编程、减小传统计算方法产生的累积误差、提高加工精度的明显优点。
