首先，以实验为基础建立了证券营业部的建筑模型及空调动态冷负荷分析模型；其次，通过逐时逐日计算出了其夏季( 4月? 10月)空调动态冷负荷、各分项冷负荷在空调总冷负荷中所占的比例及空调冷负荷时间频数，并运用双负荷曲线法对每日最大冷负荷与每日最小冷负荷进行分析；最后，与实测数据进行对比，二者曲线基本符合，效果良好，证明所建模型适当。
