本文以变温与光辐照为实验方法研究了eu与tb掺杂y _ 2o _ 3纳米晶及氧化物玻璃中发光性质随温度的变化关系和光诱导y _ 2o _ 3 ： tb纳米晶发光性质及结构的改变过程，得到如下创新性研究成果： ( 1 )用燃烧法制备了稀土掺杂y _ 2o _ 3纳米晶，研究了甘氨酸与硝酸钇的反应比例( g n ) 、退火条件对稀土掺杂y _ 2o _ 3纳米晶颗粒尺寸、结晶状况及发光特性的影响。
