2 、针对计算机控制光学表面成形( ccos )的加工方式、误差收敛特点，研制了去除函数呈高斯分布的双转子结构研抛模；采用脉冲迭代法、平滑因子傅立叶变换法推导出驻留时间的算法，求解过程中根据工件面形的特点作了各种形式的简化；提出了工件表面和研抛模的吻合误差与局部压强、材料去除率、收敛比之间内在关系的数学模型，并推导出相应的计算公式；分析了边缘效应产生的原因，在加工过程中采用相对压力因子对去除函数进行修正，可以消除边缘效应的影响。
