    针未燃炭含量过高不利对粉煤灰大规模综合利用的问题,从理论上分析了粉煤灰湿法浮选和干法电选分选未燃炭的基本原理,进行了三因素二水平正交浮选试验和二因素三水平的正交电选试验研究,得到了影响浮选和电选分选效果的主要因素及其规律.试验表明:采用湿法浮选法可获得精煤产率为7 . 34 % ,灰分为44 . 53 % ,分选效率为56 . 02 %的分选效果;采用干法电选,选后粉煤灰的含碳量可降到3 . 16 % ,脱碳率达53 . 12 %
