In present dissertation , the model of ert was established , the method to deduce the system equation using finite element method ( fem ) was discussed , and the process of calculating the voltage , resistance and sensitivity matrix through numerical computation was also introduces . because during the process of positive problem solution , errors are unavoidable , so the evaluation of the results were carried out through data and diagram , also the influence to the results caused by the change of parameters was analyzed
由于在正问题求解过程中，被测域的离散化、计算公式的离散化以及数值计算的近似处理等都将不可避免的引入误差，因此论文中对计算结果进行了评价，分析了传感器的参数（电极数，电极尺寸等）以及计算过程所用参数（如剖分精度）的改变对计算结果（电势、电阻、敏感场）的影响。
