本文首先介绍了磁粉探伤、数字图像及图像复原的相关知识和基本原理；根据自动磁粉探伤系统应用的要求，给出了一种基于参数辨识wiener滤波图像复原方法，并进行matlab实验分析，提出一种基于散焦半径的复原效果的评判标准；采用vc + + 6 . 0编程，实现jpeg解码并转换成bmp文件格式，然后变换为灰度图像，再对散焦微裂纹图像进行复原处理。
