    随着预应力技术的发展和冶金工业冶炼技术的不断进步,预应力钢绞线的强度不断提高,由原来1470mpa提高到1860mpa , 90年代末期已出现了2000mpa超高强钢绞线,而原来的是在90年代初期按抗拉强度为1860mpa的钢绞线标准设计的,因此,原有的锚具已不能适应现有超高强度2000mpa的钢绞线强度要求,在工程中出现了断丝滑移现象,同时,在使用和设计时仍按1860mpa钢绞线的指标进行设计应用,没能充分发挥材料的力学性能,造成材料浪费。
