方法对36例上肢不同平面绞轧性毁损患者采用下述方法： ( 1 )肢体短缩修复上肢12例； ( 2 )残指移位再造拇指3例，再造手3例； ( 3 )游离复合组织瓣移植修复前臂及腕部软组织缺损9例； ( 4 )带蒂皮瓣、筋膜皮瓣修复手部创面，二期修复神经肌腱重建手功能9例。
