首先本文阐述了钻机的组成与工艺特点，然后描述了基于西门子s7 - 300plc的控制系统组成，然后针对传统钻机自动送钻控制策略落后的缺陷，同时考虑到钻机的复杂性、大滞后等特点，提出了模糊控制算法与施密斯( smith )预估控制算法相结合的控制策略，给出了基于液压盘式刹车的自动送钻智能控制策略， matlab的仿真实验证明该控制方式控制效果良好，各方面性能指标都达到理想要求。
