本文在总结国内外现有研究状况的基础上，建立了绿色设计与制造的研究内容理论体系；并依据常州机床总厂ck7525数控机床的实际生产过程，分析在不同加工过程中污染产生的机理；应用绿色设计与制造的理论体系对机床的导轨进行可拆卸设计、润滑油路和包装可回收性设计；对绿色铸造粘结剂、绿色热处理工艺、干切削刀具选用进行试验分析；应用泛环境函数和金属材料环境负荷评价模型对机床的主要材料进行生命周期评价。
