The exhibitor undertakes to indemnify and at all times hereafter to keep indemnified the organizer , its employees and agents on demand from and against all liability , action , proceedings , claims , damages , costs and expenses ( including legal expenses ) whatsoever which it may suffer or incur by reason of or in relation to the agreement hereunder or by any breach by the exhibitor of those conditions or in relation to any claim made by a third party against the organizer
对于因本协定原因造成的或与本协定相关的、或者因参展商违反该等条件造成的、或者与第三方向组织者提起的任何申索相关的任何性质的一切法律责任、诉讼、法律程式、申索、损害赔偿、费用和开支（包括法律费），参展商承诺应组织者、其雇员和代理的要求给予弥偿，并在此后的任何时间确保组织者、其雇员和代理获得弥偿。
