本文首先简单介绍了危机与危机管理的一些基本概念，并将二者与相关概念进行了区别与比较，涉及了问题、问题管理、风险、风险管理、零缺点管理末日管理等理论；其次，基于案例研究分析了营销危机的性质与类型；最后在危机管理的一般理论的基础上，着重分析了营销危机的预防和事中与善后管理中的沟通等问题。
