倾斜角越大,热虹吸管总热阻越大,最佳倾角在15 20之间;充液率过多或过少都会对传热性能产生不利影响,对于本实验采用的1 . 75m 、 2m 、 2 . 5m 、 3m热虹吸管,最佳充液率在20 % 35 %之间;管长对传热也有影响,管长不改变热虹吸管蒸发段和冷凝段的换热系数,只增加了热虹吸管的换热面积,增大换热量;迎面风速的大小,起到强化热虹吸管蒸发段和冷凝段换热的目的。
