摘要本文以《中国期刊全文数据库》和《中国科技期刊数据库》（全文版）为文献来源，运用文献计量学方法并结合文献内容，对我国图书馆读者满意度研究论文进行了数量分布、期刊分布、作者分布及主题分布的统计分析，从而探讨了我国图书馆读者满意度研究的现状和存在的问题，并提出相关建议，以期能对本领域今后的研究提供一些参考与启示。
