因此我们选用加筋结构神经导管进行动物实验。本课题动物实验在上海市第一人民医院进行，分别通过加筋结构涂pgla导管、加筋结构涂甲壳胺导管、加筋结构涂甲壳胺并加载缝芯线导管和自体神经移植四种方案对大鼠进行损伤神经修复实验。在术后12周对四种方案再生神经的髓鞘厚度、轴突直径、数量密度进行观察分析，并进行肌电图检测和统计学分析。
