本文从企业的战略发展的角度,结合敏捷物流和精益物流思想的优点,设计出了中小企业物流模型,并以此为指导,以系统的观点和整体优化为宗旨,通过规划中小企业物流系统的组成部分,结合企业自身的实际和各组成部分的特点,对企业物流系统进行了优化设计;由于企业物流系统中存在着效益背反的现象,因此,本文以占企业物流成本比重较大的库存和运输两大重要组成部分为重点,在综合考虑背反双方的相互影响下,通过库存计划管理的优化,设计出合适库存水平和运输量的优化模型,并采用逆向思维综合设计了运输方式和运输路线模型;同时提出了企业要想切实地达到物流系统优化预期目标的三大对策。
