本文做的主要工作是：参考推土机原有的变速转向操纵机构，设计了集中连杆操纵机构并进行操纵力和操纵行程的简单计算；使用高档三维造型软件ug (全称unigraphics )进行推土机集中连杆操纵机构的造型设计；应用机械系统运动学/动力学仿真分析软件adams ( automaticdynamicanalysisofmechanicalsystems )对所设计的机构建立虚拟样机，并进行运动学仿真分析，验证了机构设计的合理性，为物理样机的试制和改进设计提供了依据。
