本文针对榆林市建榆路雨水管道中遇到的技术难题，进行手掘式工具管砂土层顶管法施工技术试验研究，在研究中考虑砂土层存在的后靠土体移位、变形，工具管难以进入出洞土体，挖掘面易坍塌、管道中心易偏差及难纠偏等问题，通过对后靠土体和挖掘面的稳定计算及偏差产生原因的理论分析，提出并采用后靠土体换填加固，出洞土体换填加固，以及在工具管头部设置管帽、格栅、纠偏系统等技术措施
