Money paid in on shares or instalments of shares may be withdrawn in whole or in part on any day when the credit union is open to business , but the board of directors shall reserve the right at any time to require a member to give notice not exceeding 90 days ; provided , however , that no member may withdraw any shareholdings if the withdrawal would make the total value of his shares less than his total liability to the credit union , whether as borrower , pledgor , guarantor or otherwise
