接下来建立了基于模糊集的利润率决策模型,以模糊集作为数学依据,量化企业投标目标、利润率影响因素、投标利润率三者之间的关系,为投标产品确定最适合的总利润率,以最大化保证企业投标目标的实现。然后根据离散制造企业的特点,提出以bom为中心不平衡报价策略,从零件的需求数量、需求日期、成本科目划分以及零件本身的技术难度进行考虑,通过在保持投标产品的投标总价基本不变的前提下,有意识有策略地调整产品各组成部分的报价,以达到既不提高总价,也不影响中标,又能在结算时获得更理想的经济效益的目标。
