    正交实验结果表明, nvp ? hema ? kh570共聚物的机械性能最佳时,其合成工艺条件为: nvp用量10 (质量百分含量,下同) , kh570用量20 , hema用量70 ,引发剂aibn用量0 . 2 ,交联剂nmba用量0 . 2 ,反应温度为80 ,反应时间16h 。讨论了单体配比、溶胀温度、离子浓度等因素对有机硅改性pvp水凝胶软接触透镜材料溶胀性能的影响。实验得出:水凝胶材料的平衡溶胀度ewc随单体nvp含量的增加而增大, ewc随kh570用量的增加而减小,随离子浓度的增大而略微降低,随溶胀温度的升高先稍微下降后有所提高, 45时平衡含水量最低。
