本文以女性主义立场论为理论视角，运用社会性别这一分析范畴，揭示了以排他性、自主性为特点的国家对外主权观念中所蕴含的男性中心主义和二元对立倾向，分析了这一观念在实践中所遇到的种种矛盾，并提出以女性主义主权观念来取代传统的主权观念。
