沿袭这一逻辑思路,本文基本结构分为为五章:第一章主要介绍银行业市场结构及其划分;第二章对国内外银行业市场结构的状况进行分析;接下来第三章则是用制度经济学的一般理论来分析寡头垄断结构下的融资制度,由融资制度非均衡提出我国银行业市场结构需调整变迁;第四章分析我国银行业市场结构形成的历史及行业原因;最后,在第五章中,笔者提出相应的调整目标及建议。
