Operation : the performer puts the hand on “ shen shu ” “ qi hai shu ” and “ da chang shu ” point and rubs crosswisely at same side to “ dai mai ” point , and then rubs through “ shen shu ” to other side of “ dai mai ” point repeatedly times
操作：施术者以手掌置于受术者一侧“肾俞”穴、 “气海俞”穴、 “大肠俞”穴处，先向同侧横摩到带脉穴处，再通过两侧的肾俞穴摩动到对侧带脉穴处，往返进行数次。
