本课题第一部分收集了自1999年10月起至2002年12月止的ds病例(就诊于上海新华医院、复旦大学附属儿科医院、河南省遗传所等医院)以及与病例组在年龄、性别、出生地等一般情况相对应的正常儿童，病例的诊断以染色体核型分析结果为准，患者核型为47 ， xy ( xx ) ， + 21或核型为47 ， xy ( xy ) ， + 21 46 ， xy ( xy ) ，对照组核型为46 ， xy或46 ， xx 。
