本文以聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物pvdf - hfp为基质,采用bellcore制膜法制备了pvdf - hfp聚合物电解质膜,通过改变增塑剂dbp的含量、溶剂的种类及溶剂的含量制备了不同条件下的聚合物电解质膜,分别研究了增塑剂含量、溶剂含量等对聚合物电解质膜的吸液率、表面形貌、机械性能、离子电导率、电化学稳定窗口等的影响;对制备工艺进行了优化,研究了各种添加剂如pc 、 ec 、 dbp及纳米al2o3对聚合物电解质膜的离子电导率、吸液率等性能的综合影响。
