    本研究以重庆市的南川金佛山(自然保护区) 、黔江武陵山(国家重点退耕还林示范县,森林覆盖率50以上)和北碚中梁山(遭人为破坏严重)典型岩溶区为对象,选择了几种重要的利用方式,包括林地、果园、耕地、弃耕地和灌草坡,采用野外岩溶生态调查和室内试验测量分析相结合的方法,以不同土地利用方式岩溶土壤肥力为重点,对不同土地利用方式土壤肥力特征进行量化分析,找出岩溶土壤肥力差异的主要方面及其根本原因,论文主要从土壤剖面物理退化指标(有效土层厚度、有机质层厚度、质地、团聚体、水分含量等) ,化学肥力退化指标(有机质、全n 、全p 、全k 、碱解n 、速效p和速效k等) ,样地土壤微生物指标(细菌、真菌、放线菌数量及总量)以及样地土壤种子库植物群落多样性等4个方面对重庆典型岩溶区的土壤肥力特征进行了较为详细的分析研究,为岩溶地区士壤资源的合理利用及结构的调控管理提供依据。
