根据实验要求，通过对钢板达到饱和磁化的必要性进行的分析，设计了符合试验条件的励磁磁路，并设计了一套实验验证系统；根据圆形缺陷法线分量漏磁场几何图形正负双峰值的特点，采用线性回归拟合的原理和matlab软件及其统计工具箱中的相关函数，给出了圆形缺陷漏磁场几何图形的峰峰值与圆形缺陷的直径和深度以及峰峰值间距与圆形缺陷直径的两个回归拟合方程，并通过实验验证系统验证了拟合方程的正确性，利用这两个简单实用的拟合方程，提出了一种工程定量检测圆形缺陷的应用方案。
