本文在阐述建筑围护结构耗热原理以及影响建筑能耗因子的基础上，采用数值模拟方法，探讨了建筑热桥传热的基本机理和影响建筑热桥传热的因素，进而对建筑热桥在围护结构传热中的影响范围进行了综合分析和计算，研究了构造柱热桥型式对建筑外墙能耗的影响，得出了构造柱在满足建筑受力面积要求的情况下，内凸构造柱较外凸构造柱略能减少散热量的结论，但是凸出过大( 100mm )无论内凸还是外凸对建筑耗热都没有大的差别。
