本组胃癌术后再手术68例，占同期胃癌病例的6 . 76 % ，其中复发癌，种植及转移癌52例，局部复发9例，肝转移癌11例、切口种植癌13例、卵巢转移癌5例、再发癌2例、腹腔感染5例，十二指肠残端及吻合口瘘、吻合口出血各3例。
