本文在国内外文献调研、统计资料收集和实地调查的基础上，以《中国环境影响评价导则?非污染生态影响》 、 《规划区域的环境影响评价导则( hj t130 - 2003 ) 》和《开发区区域环境影响评价技术导则( hj t131 - 2003 ) 》等法规为主要依据，运用环境学、生物学、景观生态学、生态系统生态学等知识，参考城市规划和可持续发展观的原理，借助遥感( rs ) 、地理信息系统( gis )和全球定位系统( gps )等技术手段，结合芦潮港新城的开发布局和规划特点，进行生态影响的分析研究。
