本文设计了石英晶体压电传感器,以它作为传感元件把咬合力信号转变成电信号;利用ts5860型准静态电荷放大器把传感器的电荷信号转变成电压信号;选用usb7822数据采集卡,编写该数据采集卡的驱动程序,采集该电压信号并送到计算机里;编写labview程序对该信号进行处理,得出咬合力值和咬合力曲线,并把测量结果以电子表格的形式保存,以便做进一步的分析和研究。通过对该测量仪的静态标定、动态标定、温度漂移标定以及实际测量试验,证实了本测量仪具有较高的灵敏度、受动态力和温度变化的影响比较小、能实时地显示咬合力曲线和较准确地显示咬合力值,满足了咬合力测量的要求。
