十年来，人们已经设计制作出了多种形式和结构的电磁微电机，但是有关电磁微电机的设计理论和实验研究仍然处于探索完善阶段，本文正是针对这方面的问题以电磁式微电机为研究对象做了以下工作：首先，在对电磁式微电机的各种工作原理和结构方案进行深入研究和分析比较的基础上，本文首次推出了“端面摇摆式电磁微电机”的设计思想，介绍了其结构原理、控制原理和该电机的特点，并从刚体定点运动的基本原理出发，揭示了电机内部磁场的旋转与转子滚动之间行星减速的运动关系，推导出了转子的运动方程和电机旋转磁场与转子的减速比计算公式，从而明确了电机结构参数与电机运动特性的关系。
