本文主要借助这种改进的fd _ bpm算法，对两种结构的光分路器（直y型光分路器，上升正弦型光分路器）进行了器件设计的软件仿真，包括对两种结构光分路器传输场进行模拟，并对两种结构光分路器的重要参数，如波导宽度，分叉角，纵横比，损耗进行了仿真计算；得到了一些有价值的优化波导结构参数值，根据这些优化值设计制作了光刻模板。
