结果表明，天津市的农业教育结构体系不完善，政府对农业教育认识和重视程度不高，农业技术教育条件相对落后，农业教育的形式，尤其是通向农村的农业教育途径不畅，农民接受农业教育效果不理想都是影响农业教育发展的重要因素。最后，通过对农业教育状况和存在问题的分析，提出天津市发展农业教育的对策。
