结合辽宁省的桥梁工程及管理具体情况，研究了辽宁省桥梁技术状况评价与预测方法，引入桥梁缺损状况变权评定方法，选择负指数曲线作为桥梁缺损状况预测的回归分析模型，并依据辽宁省干线公路桥梁管理系统中的桥梁状况信息，标定了模型的参数，计算桥梁中修及大修(或改建)的平均年限，给出桥梁大中修年份的确定方法，同时也建立了桥梁缺损状况预测的马尔可夫链概率模型。
