本文通过试验研究了粉煤灰、水泥、石灰、细砂、发泡液、水灰比及外加剂对粉煤灰发泡混凝土性能的影响,采用正交设计试验方法得出了600级粉煤灰发泡混凝土的最佳配合比,同时发现发泡液和粉煤灰掺量对发泡混凝土的影响最为显著,因此,以二者为自变量建立了二元线性回归方程,通过全相关系数的检验发现方程较为理想。此外,还对氯氧镁水泥基粉煤灰发泡混凝土的耐水性进行了相关实验,发现磷酸有较好的耐水性效果,同时找到了其合适的掺量范围。
