If any provision or portion of a provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under any circumstances , the provision or portion shall be deemed omitted with respect to those circumstances and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect
倘本协议任何条款或部分于任何情况下被认定无效或不可执行，则该条款或部分就该等情况而言须视为予以省略，并且本协议的其余条款仍具充分效力。
