本文结合储能复合材料飞轮高速旋转的工作特点，提出了一种在线检测飞轮转子损伤的方法，自主设计一套实验装置对模拟各种损伤的的试样进行了测试，试样损伤前后的响应信号被采集后存入计算机中；在对采集信号进行传统的频谱分析的基础上，引入了先进的小波分析理论，利用matlab语言编写程序，对信号进行小波分解，得到了信号变化和损伤特征之间的关系，建立了一个识别飞轮损伤的数据库；小波包分解得到信号对比图和特征向量，可以有效判定材料内部有无损伤和损伤的程度，结合频谱分析等，可一定程度上判定损伤的类型，为储能飞轮的安全运转和智能化运作提供了决策依据。
