本文对国内外基于位移的抗震设计研究成果进行了较系统的综述与分析，在已有框架-剪力墙结构抗震性能研究的基础上，针对现行抗震设计方法的不足，提出了钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构直接基于位移的抗震设计方法，并对其进行了一些研究和探索，主要内容如下：对国内外框架和剪力墙的模型试验数据进行分析，量化了刚度退化系数与层间侧移角之间的关系，并将其结果引入框架-剪力墙结构直接基于位移的抗震设计方法中。
