The scope of voyage herein contracted for shall include usual or customary or advertised ports of call whether named in this contract or not , also ports in or out of the advertised , geographical , usual or ordinary route or order , even though in proceeding thereto the ship may sail beyond the port of discharge or in a direction contrary thereto or return to the original port , or depart from the direct or customary route , and includes all canals , straits and other waters
本合同规定的航程范围包括通常和习惯或公布的停靠港，不论其是否在本合同规定之中，同时也包括公布的、地理上的、习惯的、正常的以及按顺序停靠的区域内外的港口，即使在驶向此种港口时船舶可能会驶过卸货港，或背向卸货港或返回到原出发港，或偏离方向或习惯航线，且包括所有运河、海峡和其他水域。
