本文以大量的重载道路资料为主，从实际出发，结合理论计算，对重载标准进行了详细的讨论，分别给出了水泥混凝土路面与沥青混凝土路面的重载标准了；同时，通过大量的水泥混凝土板底应力计算，推导出了混凝土面板荷载与板底应力水平的关系式；给出了水泥混凝土路面与沥青混凝土路面的交通分级；通过对试验路各结构层进行承载板测试，发现现有材料模量较以前有了明显的提高；对比现场实测的当量回弹模量与理论当量回弹模量，指出现有水泥路面设计中的诺谟图不能完全符合现有道路材料，从而提出了对理论模量的修正公式。
