The research aims at the demonstration and the mend of the design on the new purifier and presents a calculation method for solving the two - phase flow in fluid machine by the finite element method . after analyzing the two - phase flow in the new purifier by means of the continuum model , poisson equation , navier - stokes equation and continuous equation are derived and solved by using the finite element method . the solution on pressure , velocity and particle concentration simulates the departure well between oil and water , which proves the accuracy of the design on the new purifier
本文采用两相流连续介质模型，由两相分离流动理论得到控制方程，采用chorin的直接速度-压力mac法的思路，对新型油水分离装置内油水两相流动作了细致的分析，同时首次把科氏惯性力引入两相流模型中，进行分析和计算，将研究扩展到三维，并用有限元法分别解poisson方程、 n - s方程、连续方程的方法，对流场内压力场、速度场、浓度场进行了分析和计算，较好地模拟了新型油水分离装置内油水分离的现象，证明了设计方案的正确性。
