目的应用显微外科技术,建立大鼠原位异体胃移植模型.方法70只sd大鼠,行35例次的胃移值手术.供体手术,先切除脾脏,经腹主动脉行原位胃冷灌洗.将胃及其所属血管,包括腹腔干和门静脉干等一并切取.受体手术,先切除胃和脾脏,分别行供、受体间门静脉的端侧吻合,供体腹腔干与受体胃左动脉的端端吻合,然后开放血流.再行供体和受体十二指肠间端端吻合,贲门与食管端端吻合.结果在施行的35例手术,后20例中有16例成功,成功率为80 .最长存活者达3个月.结论成功地建立了大鼠原位异体胃移植类型.该模型可用于腹部多脏器移植中移植胃的相关研究及全胃切除术后代胃的研究 |
