In this paper , on the basis of the public safety risk assessment indexes , the risk assessment method for necessity of installing of the wind shielding screens for the bridge is put forward 基于公共安全风险评价指标，提出设置风障必要性的风险评估方法；在此基础上，基于对设置风障费用和收益的分析，提出备选风障方案优选风险评估方法。
