Pineapple dam nature trail is about 0 . 9 km in length and follows the footpath starting from the shing mun country park visitor centre and running along the western edge of the shing mun or jubilee reservoir 一九三三年以前，此地盛产菠萝，因而以菠萝坝为名。此地区曾作为兴建水塘的采泥区，植物被严重破坏后经大规模的植林，始有现今的景象。
